At Apni Basti Restaurant, we strive to offer the best possible experience to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel or request a refund. Please review our Return and Cancellation Policy carefully.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations Before Preparation:

    • If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
    • You can cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it. If the preparation of the food has not yet begun, we will cancel the order and process a full refund.
  • Cancellations After Preparation:

    • Once food preparation has started, cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Event Catering Cancellations:

    • For event orders or catering services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
    • Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order cost.
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the event.

2. Refund Policy

  • Incorrect or Missing Items:

    • If there is an issue with your order, such as missing or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at apnibasti2024@gmail.com or through our website’s customer service.
    • We will verify the issue and offer either a replacement of the item(s) or a refund for the missing or incorrect portion of the order.
  • Food Quality Issues:

    • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the food, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup.
    • We may request the item(s) be returned to the restaurant for evaluation before processing a refund or replacement.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • If the payment was made via a third-party platform (e.g., food delivery apps), refunds may be subject to the platform’s policies, and processing times may vary.

4. Modifications to Orders

  • Changes to Orders:
    • If you would like to modify your order (e.g., change the delivery address or add items), please contact us immediately after placing your order. Modifications may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
